40th Anniversary Celebration
We Have A Special Birthday Coming Up...
The 2014-2015 season marks the 62nd year for the Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions and the 39th year for the Connecticut District. We are planning a very special Connecticut District 40th Anniversary Gala Concert next year to celebrate this milestone birthday which will include luminaries from the opera world, many of whom had their start right here in Connecticut.
You can play your part! An event of this magnitude takes a lot of planning and we are looking for opera lovers who are interested in helping to make this a wonderful anniversary celebration. There are volunteer roles of all sizes on the committee for everyone who would like to play a part in making this gala a spectacularly festive occasion!
